1. FM approved Airplane Flight Manual dated October 19, 1976, or subsequent FAA approved revision ie required. The Airplane Flight Manual contain* additional limitations.

2. Engine limits 1120 HP takeoff, 1020 HP METO.

3. A Frakes Aviation. Inc. N-262 Mohswk/Frakes M-298 Maintenance Manual ie required for each aircraft.

4. Extended over vater operation prohibited unless the equipment and stowage requirements of CAR 4b.643, 4b.646, and 4b.647 have been met.

5. Each modified aircraft oust be flight checked in accordance with "Procedures for Testing Frakes Aviation Modified Nord 262A Aircraft" dated November 12, 1976, or any later FAA approved revision.
