4A26 Boeing 707-323C Description of Type Design Change: Installation of Structural Containers in Position I13 (Container 235111) and Position I14 (Container 235112) in the 707-323C (applicable to Aircraft Serial Numbers 19235 through 19237, 19380 through 19384 when these airplanes have been modified to Boeing Drawing 65-42625 and to Aircraft Serial Numbers 18689 through 18692, 19838 through 18940, and 20089, when these airplanes have been modified to Boeing Service Bulletin 2493) in accordance with FAA Approved Transequip Loading Instruction Report Nos. 235216, Revision H and 235217, Revision H, dated September 21, 1979, or later FAA approved revision.

Limitations and Conditions: The approval of this change in type design applies basically to model Boeing 707-323C aircraft only. This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined by the installer that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. This determination should include consideration of significant change in weight distribution such as an increase in the fixed disposable weight in the fuselage. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
