PI-706 dated 5/2/77; PI-7700, Rev. B dated 3/31/77, or later FAA approved revision; or fuel system modified only per Drawing PI-705, Rev. B dated 3/31/77 or later FAA approved revision on Beech Model A45 with 0-470 series engines shown on Type Certificate Data Sheet 5A3.

FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement dated May 4, 1977, is required for airplanes with STC SA1450SW installed.

FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement dated June 9, 1977, is required for airplanes with Type Certificate Data Sheet 5A3 engines installed.

The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
