Original Product Type Certificate Number 4A25 Make : McDonnell Douglas Model : DC-8-73, S/N 46095 Description of Type Design Change: Installation of Winters airstair in the forward passenger entry door of a DC-8-73, Serial Number 46095 with floor panels modified to Canadian Pacific Air Lines Limited Project Order Number 49-53-4314, Revision “B”, dated July 15, 1966 in accordance with FAA sealed Winters Master Drawing List Number 1423-8100, Revision “S”, dated July 25, 1984.

Limitations and Conditions: Data pertaining to this modification are cons idered inadequate for duplication in other aircraft. This approval is limited to the installation ma de in DC-8-73, Serial Number 46095 only. No additional modifications of this type are to be approved solely by reference to this Supplemental Type Certificate or to the data submitted thereof. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
