1) Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

2) FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS) dated August 18, 1977, is a required part of this STC for Fan Jet Falcon Series C.

3) FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS) dated October 10, 1978, is a required part of this STC for Fan Jet Falcon, Fan Jet Falcon Series C, D and E.

4) FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS) dated May 15, 1980, is a required part of this STC for Fan Jet Falcon, Fan Jet Falcon Series C, D and E when SPI-501/502 and optional CD-125 Air Data Command Display Systems are installed.

5) Fan Jet Falcon, Fan Jet Falcon Series C and D must have Service Bulletin A.M.D. S.B. No. 516 incorporated.

6) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
