714 N Oliver Rd Newton, KS 67114 25 Federal Aviation Regulations effective February 1, Learjet 35A, 36A Installation of Marquardt Target Towing System (High Speed Operation) per Learjet Corporation Master Document List No. T100064, Revision B, stamped FAA Approved on January 24, 1990, or later FAA Approved revision. This STC removes the speed restrictions placed on airplanes modified by STC SA2018CE.

1. The airplane is in restricted category when any target launcher is installed. Conversion instructions between transport and restricted category are defined in Learjet Special Mission Supplement No. MM-99-SMS-5 dated January 12, 1990, or later FAA approved revision.

2. Installation of STC SA2018CE, in a configuration requiring AFMS W1126 per Learjet Drawing No. T100048-1, Rev. E, or later FAA approved revision, is a prior requirement.

3. Airplane Flight Manual Supplement (AFMS) No. W1144 dated January 24, 1990, or later FAA approved AFMS revision, is required.

4. The airplane is not approved for flight into known icing when it is in restricted category.

5. This approval should not be extended to other specific airplanes of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated, unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that airplane.
