Install a Teledyne Continental I0-470-N Engine, a McCauley 2A36C23/84B-0 Propeller, and Miscellaneous Parts in accordance with Collins Aviation Service Photographs I through 6 and Report #84-1017, dated July 25, 1984.

Data pertaining to this modification are considered inadequate for duplication in other aircraft. This approval is limited to the installation in Beech H35 Aircraft, Serial Number D-5235. A copy of this Certificate and Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, dated September 18, 1984, shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
