Data Sheet AZOWE) Original Product - Type Certificate Number: A20WE Make: Boeing Model: 747-121 Description of Type Design Change: Modification of Boeing Model 747-121 by the installation of AiResearch Coat Closet P/N 2130091 in accordance with FAA sealed AiResearch Drawing List No. 2130091. The compatability of this installation in conjunction with an FAA approved interior arrangement has not been determined.

Limitations and Conditions: The approval of this change in type design applies basically to 747-121 only. This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined by the installer that the interrelationship between this change and any of those previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. This determination should include consideration of significant changes in weight distribution such as an increase in the fixed disposable This ortificate and the supporlin ng data which is the basis for approval shall remain in effect until sur vendered, suspended, revcked, or a termination date is otherwise established by the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration .
