Installation of Tracor Model 7640A OMEGA Navigation System according to Drawing List 1347D, Revision 6, dated August 1, 1978, and Supplemental Drawing List 1347D-B, Revision 6, dated July 19, 1978, or later FAA Approved revision.

FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement dated July 31, 1978, is required.

The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
