Description of Type Design Change: Installation of a Collins Data Link System in accordance with Delta Airlines Engineering Report 06-61185-20, Rev F, dated March 26, 2004, Drawing 23-1097 Rev B, dated September 16, 2004 and Engineering Repair/Authorization 326703-14, revision A, dated June 22, 2004, or later FAA approved revisions.

Limitations and Conditions: This approval should not be extended to other airplanes of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined by the installer that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will produce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that airplane.
