NOTE: This certificate extends the approval under Supplemental Type Certificate No. SA1897WE to include Model 421B.

This approval should not be extended to airplanes of these models on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any othe previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the aircraft .
