Installation of Wipaire Skis Inc. Model CTF-2200 (Aircraft Skis) (FluiDyne) (Federal) Tail ski according to Drawing No. 11G1454, Rev. B, or later FAA approved revisions, on airplanes equipped with Scott Model 3000 Tail Wheel.

This installation must be made in conjunction with a set of main skis that are approved on the particular airplane.

This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of these models on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated, unless it is determined by the installer that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft.
