This modification is approved for Piper Models PA-23-250 and PA-E23-250 both models limited to S/N 27-3944 and Up and both models with or without the modification according to STC SA909WE, FAA/DAS Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, P/N 68S174-3, dated 12-12-77 is required or later FAA Approved revisions of the above supplement. A placard stating "Conduct Trim Check Prior To Flight-See AFM" is required to be installed in clear view of the pilot.
