This system has been determined to comply with the applicable airworthiness requirements with inoperative light assemblies as noted in paragraph 6.0, subparagraphs A and B, of Bruce Industries, Inc. Report Number 08235, Revision A, dated February 26, 1986.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

This system has been determined to comply with the applicable airworthiness requirements with the following operative light assemblies:

Seat Mounted Proximity Light System

Exit identifiers and/or flood lights – 2 bulbs operative, seat mounted red light modules – 50% operative (with no 2 bulbs out where there is a single module installed on the seat and no two (2) modules out where there are dual modules installed on each seat), and seat mounted white light modules 50% operative with no 2 modules in a row out.
