Installation of a dorsal fin in accordance with a FAA sealed copy of Wiley's Seaplanes Drawing No. DF 120/140, Sheets 1 and 2, Revision "A", dated May 8, 1986, or later FAA approved revision.

NOTE: The flight test airplane was a Cessna Model 120 equipped with an AVCO Lycoming 0-290-D2 engine and McCauley 1A175/GM-8240 propeller (STC No. SA4-640) Limilalina andfunditina: The approval of this change in type design applies to basic Cessna Model 140A skiplanes and seaplanes only. This approval should not be extended to other airplanes of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modificaitons, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that airplane. A copy of this certificate should be added to the permanent aircraft Fis contifeata and the supporting data which to the basis for after val shall remain in effect untid sure rendered, suspended, verked, or a termination dale is therwise estublished by the SAlministrater of the Federal Aviation Administration I ate of refiplication October 4, 1985 Date Reissued:
