Part manufactured in accordance with Lake Aero Styling and Repair drawing L026-SK2-2 “NC” dated September 19, 1986, or later FAA approved revisions. Limitations and Conditions: The approval of this change in type design applies to the basic aircraft of the specified models that are otherwise unmodified. This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of these models on which other previously modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect on the airworthiness of those aircraft. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certi ficate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
