Description of the Type Design Change: Installation of modified EDO 77-4050 amphibious floats in accordance with Jobmaster Company, Inc. Document No. J5200, Revision 4, dated February 9, 1984.

Limitations and Conditions: Data pertaining to this modification are considered inadequate for duplication in other aircraft. This approval is limited to the installation in DeHavilland DHC-2 aircraft, Serial No. 869 only. A copy of this Certificate, Addendum No. SA3680NM and FAA Approved Flight Manual Supplement dated January 28, 1987, shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
