Installation of forward and aft lower cargo compartment door sill restraint fittings assembled in accordance with FAA sealed Brownline Drawing List DL 45917 revision A dated 9/6/78, or later FAA approved revision. Fittings are to be installed per FAA sealed Brownline Drawing No. 46464 revision A dated 9/6/78, or later FAA approved revision.

1) The approval of this change in type design applies to Boeing 747 series 100 & 200 aircraft only.

2) The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

3) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
