Description of Type Design Change: Installation of baggage storage bin in accordance with Continental Express (d/b/a Rocky Mountain Airways) Drawing List No.

72520-3-B, Revision 1, dated January 26, 1989, or later FAA approved revision.

This installation is limited to DHC-7-102 aircraft with 32 inch pitch seating arrangement per deHaviland PSM-1-71-8 Weight and Balance Manual. This approval should not be extended to aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written ev idence of that permission.
