Original Product Type Certificate Number A2NM Make : Boeing Model : 757-2M6 S/N 23454 Description of Type Design Change: Installation of Executive Interior on Royal Brunei 757-2M6 Aircraft, Serial Number 23454, in accordance with FAA approved Index List IL-220, Revision "B", dated December 3, 1987.

Limitations and Conditions: This installation should not be incorporated in any aircraft unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any previously approved configuration will not introduce any adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the aircraft. A mixture of this interior configuration and that of the previous is not allowed. This approval is limited to the installation made in Boeing Aircraft Company Model 757-2M6, Serial Number 23454 only. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

This certificate and the supporting data, which is the basis for approval, shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked or a termination date is otherwise established by the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration.
