Limitations and Conditions: Approval of this change in type design applies to the above airplane only and is a reconfiguration of the interior arrangement as shown on Boeing Diagram 401I3205, Revision A. Data pertaining to this modification are considered inadequate for duplication in other aircraft. This approval is limited to the installation made in Boeing Model 767-205 Serial No. 23057 only.
