Approval of this change in type design applies to the Limitations and Conditions: above airplane only and is a reconfiguration of the interior arrangement modified in accordance with STC number SA3492NM. Data pertaining to this modification are considered inadequate for duplication in other aircraft. This approval is limited to the installation made in Boeing Model 747-133 Serial No. 20013 only. A copy of this certificate and FAA-approved Flight Structures Top Master Drawing List 87FS137-4 shall be maintained as part of the permanent records of the modified airplane.
