Limitations and Conditions: This change in type design applies to the Fairchild F27 aircraft, serial numbers 011, 014, 027, 048, 065, 070, 078, 079, 112, 116, 119 and 128 only. A copy of this certificate and the FAA approved Horizon E.O. must be kept in the permanent records of the modified aircraft. A copy of the Bendix Operator's Manual must be carried onboard each modified aircraft.

This certificate and the supporting data which is the basis for approval shall remain in offect until sur rendered, suspended, revched, or a tormination date is otherwise established by the Ildministrator of the Federal Aviation Administration Date of Application: December 14, 1987 Dule missued:
