Original Product -Type berlificate Number: A-817 Make: Fokker Mortet: F-27 Mark 500 Description of Type Design Change: Installation of Conair aerial oil dispersent system in accordance with Conair Drawing List Number 369-4710, Revision G, or later FAA-approved revisions.

Limitations and Conditions: Data pertaining to this modification ara considered inadequate for duplication in other airplanes. This approval is limited to the installation in Fokker Model F-27 Model 500, Serial Numbers 10525 and 10530 only. A copy of this Certificate and FAA-approved Conair F-27 Mark 500 Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified airplanes.
