The approval of this change in type design applies to Model 747SP, Serial Number 23610 only, and should not be extended to other aircraft.

This approval certifies compliance of the design identified on Dee Howard Company Drawing List Number 071-010 with the following requirements of Part 25 of the FAA Regulations only: Subpart C – Structure, 25.0601 – General, 25.603 – Materials, 25.615 – Design Properties, 26.619 – Special Factors. This approval is invalid unless additional design changes to the airplane are made and it is established that the total design complies with Part 25 of the FAA Regulations. A copy of this certificate and Dee Hoard Company Drawing List 071-010 shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.

The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
