Description of Type Design Change : Installation of the engine cowling, cowl flaps, and relocations of oil cooler and associated installation components in accordance with Lake Aero Styling and Repair Drawing List Report No. 106, dated March 12, 1981, or later FAA approved revisions.

Limitations and Conditions: Data pertaining to this modification are considered inadequate for duplication in other aircraft. This approval is limited to the installation made in Mooney Model M20E, Serial No. 932 only. A copy of this certificate and Lake Aero Styling and Repair Drawing List Report No. 106, dated March 12, 1981, shall be maintained as part of the permanent maintenance records for this modified aircraft.
