* see page 3 * * Description of Type Design Change : Installation of a de-icing system on the Rolls Royce P/N RK29954A or RK48279A (MOD 1800) engine inlet cowl in accordance with Montgomery Systems Tech Drawings 46584, Revision N/C; 46585, Revision N/C; and 46586, Revision N/C, all dated March 16, 1981, or later FAA approved revision, as an alternate to the Dunlop De-icing System currently approved.

Limitations and Conditions: This approval should not be extended to other specific airplanes of this model on which other previously appr oved modifications are incorporated, unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this cha nge and any of those other previ ously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect on the airworthiness of tho se aircraft. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, th e holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
