Installation Instruction No. B/A 1000.

NOTE: This modification includes a relocation of the battery and brake systems.

Limilalinsundbonditions: Data pertaining to this modification are considered inadequate for duplication in other aircraft. This approval is limited to the installation in a Piper PA-12 Serial Number 12-1872 only. A copy of this Certificate and Bison Air Limited Installation Instructions No. B/A 1000 shall be maintained as a part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
