Fabrication and installation of welded steel universal aft fuselage float strut attachment fittings in accordance with F. Atlee Dodge Master Drawing List No.

M3143-18 dated July 5, 1989, or later FAA approved revision.

Limitations and Conditions:

1) The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3) The installation of floats requires previous FAA approval.

This certificate and the supporting data which is the basis for approval shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked or a termination date is otherwise established by the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration.
