2. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

3. Supplemental Type Certificate SA1654CE is required with this modification.

4. The airplane is in the Restricted Category when in the camera configuration, or the microwave configuration.

5. Data pertaining to this modification are considered inadequate for duplication in other aircraft. This approval is limited to the installation made in Gates Learjet Model 29, Serial No. 29-003 and 29-004 only.
