Installation of a Video Entertainment System, (provisions) in accordance with FAA approved Hughes-Avicom Index List No. 605068, Revision "A" dated March 14, 1990, or later FAA approved revision. This amendment, dated September 20, 1990, is for complete installation of Hughes-Avicom In-Seat Video Entertainment System 604274-0001 in accordance with FAA approved Hughes-Avicom Index List 605068, Revision "D", dated September 20, 1990, or later FAA approved revision.

The installation should not be incorporated in any aircraft unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any previously approved configuration will not introduce any adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the aircraft. Only B767-223ER S/N's 22315 through 22336 are eligible for this modification. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
