Description of Type Design Change: Installation of P&W R1340-AN-1 and Ham Stand 12D40 propeller per Shaw’s Instruction Sheet 16707 dated November 28, 1960.

1. Data pertaining to this modification are considered inadequate for duplication in other aircraft.

2. This approval is limited to the installation of P&W R1340-AN-1 and Ham Stand 12D40 propeller on Bellanca 31-42 airplane, R/N N16707, S/N 254 only.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
