Limitations and Conditions: (Continued)

1. Aircraft does not comply with FAR Part 25 in several areas due to mission requirements. Deviations are noted in the above Sealed Drawing List.

2. Supplemental Type Certificate SA2703SW and effective portions of Type Certificate approved Boeing MR’s 74735-1, 74735-2, 74735-3, 74735-4, 74735-5, 74735-6, 74735-9, 74735-10, 74735-12, 74735-14, 74735-15, 74735-17, 74735-18, 74735-20, 74735-22 and/or the Service Bulletins associated with these MR’s must be installed prior to or in conjunction with this STC.

3. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

4. When installed, airplanes with this STC are limited to operations excluding those of an Air Carrier.

Specifically, no operations under 14 CFR 121, 14 CFR 129 or any foreign Air Carrier are permitted.
