Installation of provisions for the Mobile Crew Rest in accordance with Flight Structures Inc. Master Drawing List 90FS061-D01, Revision B, dated December 19, 1990, or later FAA- approved revisions.

Approval of this change in type design applies basically to the Limitations and Conditions: above model alrcratt on y. This approval should not be extended to other aircratt of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. A copy of this Certificate and Flight Structures, Inc. Master Drawing List 90FS061-D01, Revision B, dated December 19, 1990, She modifica or later FAA-approved revisions, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft. This approval covers only provisions for the Mobile Crew Rest.

The FAA will reissue the certificate in the name of the transferee and forward it to him.
