The Northland Aviation, Inc., FAA approved Flight Manual Supplement, dated February 11, 1974, or later FAA approved revision for Bellanca Models 7GCAA and 7GCBC is a part of this STC and must be included in the Basic Airplane Flight Manual when the constant speed propeller is installed per Northland Aviation, Inc., "Installation Instructions for Hartzell Constant Speed Propeller Model HC-C2YL-IBF/F8468A-8R" dated February 8, 1974. No flight manual supplement is required when the constant speed propeller is installed per Northland Aviation Installation Instructions # NA-I 00 dated October 26, 1978, or later FAA approved revision.

The approval of this change in type design applies basically to Bellanca (Champion) 7GCBC, 7GCAA only. This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined by the installer that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. This determination should include consideration of significant changes in weight distribution.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
