Description of Type Design Change: Galley reconfiguration and installation in accordance with Elsinore Aerospace Systems, Inc. Drawing List No. 1882-2500-000, Revision E, dated August 30, 1991, or later FAA Approved Revisions.

Limitations and Conditions: The approval of this change in type design applies basically to the Model 727-200 Series only. This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined by the installer that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. NOTE: Only the 16040-1 Galley and 16150-1 Galleys meet the interim standards of 100/100 per FAR 121.312 Amendment 121.189.
