Install Frakes Engine Cowling, Air Inlet and Filtration System and Engine Bleed-Air Cockpit Heater in accordance with Frakes Drawing List FA7600 dated December 1, 1983, or later FAA approved revision.

The fiberglass components for this modification must be made in molds maintained by Frakes Aviation.

The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
