Structural provisions for installation of surveillance patrol pod on wing outboard of engine nacelle in accordance with Drawing List 7400, Revision L dated August 10, 1992, or later FAA approved revision.

1. Aircraft modified in accordance with this STC are eligible for multi-purpose airworthiness certification (FAR 21.187) in both normal and restricted categories.

2. Airplane is approved for normal category when operated at 11,200 pounds maximum gross weight or less with nose radar SA2991SW and pod attach structural provisions installed.

3. Airplane is approved for restricted category when operated at 12,000 pounds maximum gross weight or less with nose radar SA2991SW and pod attach structural provisions installed for the special purpose of surveillance patrol. FAA Approved Flight Manual Supplement dated August 10, 1992, specifies additional limitations required for operation in the restricted category for the special purpose of surveillance patrol.

4. Compatibility of this modification with previously installed equipment must be determined by installer.
