1. Pages 10 and 11 of Howard Aero Report No. 442 are to be approved by FAA Engineering before additional H250 Tri-Gear aircraft is released.

2. Each aircraft must be FAA production flight tested.

3. FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual dated November 5, 1965, is required.

4. Compatibility of this modification with other previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
