Data Sheet A2OWE) Original Product - Type berlificate Number: A2OWE Make: Boeing Model: 747-245F Description of Type Design Change: Rearrangement and modification of flight deck instruments in accordance with Flight Structures, Inc., Service Bulletin 92FS014-25-001, Original, dated February 12, 1992 (or later FAA approved revision). This modification is intended to make the flight deck instrument arrangement of a 747-245F airplane similar to the flight deck arrangement of a 747-212 airplane.

Limilalions and bendilions: The approval of this change in type design applies to Boeing Model 747-245F airplanes, serial numbers 22150 and 22151 only. A copy of this Certificate shall be maintained as part of the modified aircraft's permanent records.
