Installation of a Shadin Company 910502, 910504, or 910514 Fuel Fl ow Indicating System in accordance with Shadin Company Report Number 4026, dated July 18, 1981, revised May 11, 1983, or subsequent FAA Approved Revision.

1) This approval should not be extended to other airplanes of this model that incorporate any other previously approved modification, unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any other previously approved modification will introduce no adverse effect on the airworthiness of these airplanes.

2) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
