Description of Type Design Change: Installation of Day & Night, Inc. extended flaps and ailerons on a Piper Model PA-18 “150” in accordance with drawings, sketches, and instructions on file with the FAA.

1. Data pertaining to this modification are considered inadequate for duplication in other aircraft.

2. This approval is limited to the installation of Day & Night, Inc. extended flaps and ailerons on Piper Model PA-18 “150” airplane R/N 3876Z, S/N 16-7666, only.

2. An FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement dated August 9, 1976, is required.

3. This installation must be installed in conjunction with STC Number SA460SW (wing tip installation).

4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
