Descriptive Data for Stinson 108-2, dated March 2, 1993. Mike's Aero Inc. FAA Approved Supplemental Flight Manual, dated March 19, 1993 is required with this installation.

Limitations and Conditions: This installation is eligible only on aircraft previously modified per STC SA4-398. Data pertaining to this modification are considered inadequate for duplication in other aircraft. This approval is limited to installation made on Univair (Stinson) Model 108-2, serial number 108-3332 only. A copy of this certificate and Mike's Aero Inc. Descriptive Data, dated March 2, 1993, shall be maintained as a part of the permanent maintenance records for this modified aircraft.
