Description of Type Design Change: Installation of AVCO Lycoming O-320-D2A engine and McCauley 1A175- GM8246 propeller in accordance with B.A.R.F., Inc. Drawing List dated July 29, 1977.

1. Data pertaining to this modification are considered inadequate for duplication in other aircraft. This approval is limited to the installation made on Piper Model PA-12 airplane, R/N N3380M, S/N 12-2227 only.

2. FAA approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement dated August 16, 1977 is required.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
