Hinged R.H. door at the top and hinged L.H. door window at top in accordance with Cecil M. Dufault photographs (3) and (4).

Fish pole container tube of 0.032 aluminum in baggage compartment in Imitating dan unditi photographs (5) and (6).

Data pertaining to this modification are considered inadequate for duplication in other aircraft. This approval is limited to the installation in Piper PA-12, Serial Number 12-903 only. A copy of this Certificate shall be maintained as part of the permanet records for the modified aircraft.
