NOTE: The engine is designated as 0-470-G-CI with the name plate changed accordingly.

Limitations and Conditions: Data pertaining to this modification are considered inadequate for duplication in other aircraft. This approval is limited to the installation in Beech H35, Serial Number D5180 only. A copy of this Certificate and FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
