Installation of Wipaire Skis (Fluidyne Engineering Corporation) Main Wheel Skis Model C3000A per Wipaire Skis Drawing 11R1670, Revision C, dated 1/14/10, CT3000 Tailwheel Ski per Wipaire Skis Drawing 11G1453, Revision B, dated 10/20/88, and Hydraulic Controls per Wipaire Skis Drawing 11F1671, Revision A, dated 11/20/09, or later FAA approved revisions.

1. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.

2. FAA approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement dated November 12, 2009 or later FAA approved revision is required with this installation.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
