Installation of forward and aft Bulkheads and Doors in accordance with AiResearch Aviation Company Drawing List DL 300-125- 124, dated July 24, 1968, and placard – AiResearch Aviation Company Drawing S100-339-5 – installed on lavatory bulkhead door.

1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

2. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

3. No door permitted in forward cabin bulkhead. AiResearch Aviation Company Blowout Door 161-125-055-1 permitted in lavatory bulkhead.
