These tanks are to be used as transfer tanks to the main (15 gallon) fuel "ACARD: The following PLACARD is required at each wing tank fuel control valve:

" TURN ON IN LEVEL FLIGHT ONLY WHEN MAIN TANK IS ½ FULL" Similalins andfundilm Data pertaining to this modification are considered inadequate for duplication in other aircraft. This approval is limited to the installation in Interstate Cadet, Model S-1A, Serial Number 77 only. A copy of this Certificate shall be maintained as part of the permament records for the modified aircraft.
