This approval is limited to the installation in Cessna model 404 aircraft, Serial Number 404-0115 only. A copy of this Certificate, Addendum No. SA722NW, and FAA Approved Flight Manual Supplement shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
